Our first trip to The Ranch after Jack True bulldozed the driveway, parking area and the beginning of the homesite. It was VERY COLD, ranging from the mid 20's to the mid 40's. We were there the week between Christmas and New Years. Actually, even though it was cold, there was little to no wind and the sun was warm - making it very comfortable during the day as we began tinkering with landscaping ideas. The firepit helped keep us warm too!
We looked at 3 properties in the Ceder Hills Ranches development, one we put an offer on but was rejected, and the others we decided against (even though one was 40 acres).
